I have worked with over 5,000 leaders, managers and technical experts from over 60 countries, with in-person deliveries in 13 countries in the Americas, Europe and India. Depending on client preferences, I coach and train in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Coming from the corporate world, diplomatic roles, and non-profit and non-governmental organizations, they must navigate cultural complexities and opportunities whether on their first or fifth assignment.
